Diego watched MTV and learned how to play music as a young child when he was being treated in a poor Peruvian hospital for Perthes, a rare condition of the hip. After overcoming his illness, he now performs for an organization called "Musicians on Call." In addition to singing, Diego has also appeared on a Peruvian soap opera, and his favorite movie is "Home Alone."
