In Loving Memory was formed in August 2005 with four musicians from two extreme metal bands, Forensick (Juanma, guitar & Raúl, bass) and Lost Emotions (Aitor, drums & Jorge, guitar).In December 2005, after trying a lot of vocalist, Alaitz came into the band as soprano vocalist, so after a couple of months In Loving Memory started live shows, that led the band in November 2006 to the recording studio and gave birth a promo mini-cd, with 5 songs of melodic and melancholic doom metal, that had a great response among the reviewers and listeners. In June 2007, Alaitz left the band and Juanma carried the vocal work, leading In Loving Memory to a deeper, more agonic and powerful sound. Right now, In Loving Memory is working on their first full length, that will be recorded soon in 2008 and that will be titled “Tragedy & Moon”, featuring eight of the best songs In Loving Memory plays in these days.
