Formed under the name Stainless Steel in 1998. Because they later found out it was already taken, they changed name to Elohim, then to Mark:Black and again to Still I Wither.When they were originally formed in 1998, they had another drummer called Jocke. He is not the same person as Jocke Karlsson. The other founding members were David Göransson, Johan Hermansson and Martin Svensson. Singer Lucas Thernström was recruited soon after and they recorded an unreleased 3-track demo called "Demo 99″. According to the official band bio, they played power metal back then.Contact: contact@stilliwither.com
