Born in St.Louis, MO. Chancellor was raised all over the country. From Portland, OR to Houston TX, all the way to Richmond, VA. He was born with a gift, he was born knowing exactly what he wanted to do and where he wanted to go. He graduated from Columbia College Chicago with an honors BA in acting. Currently he is working on improving the lives of others through his art.
