An abstract wordsmith with his own unique style - Dub Baby excels as both a vocalist, producer and DJ from the heart of Brixton. Starting off by carrying speaker boxes for Regga Magic, Dub Baby then discovered the world of dance music as the underground warehouse scene exploded. Buying his turntables at 19 and armed with tunes to reflect his love of dnb and jungle - Dub Baby quickly started DJing locally and buidling up energy on dancefloors across South London.Spurned on by watching how music can create raw energy on the dancefloor, his love of mixing soon moved him onto production so he could start making the beats that he felt could push that energy higher - and one listen to his own productions proves hes done exactly just that. Signed to Northern Line as one half of iDK with Stevie Decibel, Dub Baby also releases productions through his own label Digitally Organic and the label Elements Bound - providing music which has included in award winning soundtracks and soundscapes such as Hackneys Finest and Don't You Know Who I am - nominated for best soundtrack at the East End Film Awards and the Hollywood Film Awards.
