Trance / Progressive DJ & producer duo created in late 2007 by Vyacheslav Romashkin / Вячеслав Ромашкин (aka Phase Fusion) and Alexander Palagin / Александр Палагин (aka Hydro Poison) from Tula, Russia. Since 2009, they have collaborated with another Russian Trance / Progressive duo, Abstract Vision, to form Abstract Vision & Elite Electronic. Alexander Palagin left project since February 2012.
