Originally a two man band centered around "F**ked up Mad Max" (Max Varnier) from France and "The Doommonger" (Daniel Vaross) from Germany. Extreme suicidal, misanthropic and f**ked up Doom in the vein of Thergothon. Consisting of just two members, a true underground/cult act that until 2004 only saw their work released on tape and very limited vinyl. They made some of the most extreme Doom ever and will definitely appeal to fans of aforementioned Thergothon, as well as Skepticism, early Unholy, Esoteric and other extreme acts. The band disbanded after vocalist Mad Max killed himself by jumping off a bridge. But in 2004 Worship started to show signs of life again with the only remaining member Doommonger blowing new life into the band.
