Aliases:Willem Bloedroodt, Wim MaesschalckReal Name:Wim MaesschalckProfile:Guitarist, synthesizerist and composer originally from Zaventem (Belgium), now living in Brussel (Belgium). In 2001 he co-founded the post rock band A December Lake which disbanded in 2004. He's best known as Wixel under which name he's releasing music since 2002, but also releases music as Bloedrood. Wixel is now a band existing of three people. Since 2006 he's also active in the indie rock band Guernica. He co-founded the Rarefish colective and runs Slaapwel Records
