[04:47.00]Children under 2 years do not have an own seat on board. Please hold them tight on your lap for take off, landing and during turbulence. Do not fasten the seat belt around yourself and the child - it would be squeezed if the aircraft had to break hardly! In flight (as long as the “fasten seat belt” signs are switched off) you may lay down your child into its own restraint system if an empty seat is available.
[04:47.00]Children at the age between 5 to 11 years may travel unaccompanied with an according remark on the ticket. They will be escorted to the aircraft by ground personnel and our flight attendants will take care of them for the entire stay on board. After landing a special pick up service will bring them into the airport terminal.

[04:47.00]The seats next to emergency exits are very popular to our guests because of the extended leg-room. We prefer those passengers to be seated here who are mentally and physically able to open the exits in case of an evacuation and help the other passengers to escape. This is the reason why pregnant, elderly, handicapped or very corpulent passengers and children are not permitted to take place on seats next to emergency exits!

These passengers endanger the flight safety by aggressive behavior which is mostly caused by high alcohol consume. Legal requirements and our responsibility for every guest on board let us decide in particular cases to exclude these passengers from transportation!
