Pete Krebs is a legend in his hometown of Portland, Oregon and throughout the northwest. Pete cut his teeth in notable northwest pop/punk bands Thrillhammer & Hazel in the nineties with many national and international tours and much critical acclaim and since then has established himself in many different genres of music- from rock/pop and folk/bluegrass to gypsy jazz. His revolving all-star backing band known as"The Gossamer Wings" is the best way to put forth Pete's brilliance as a songwriter, as all the songs are given full accompaniment by the best musicians Pete knows. Pete's solo and folk oriented material is powerful in a stark and different way- but with The Gossamer Wings behind him- Pete can really stretch out and all the songs are fully realized.
