Ilgi closes many concerts with the folk dances on “Ej tu dejot” (“Go Dance”). Traditional dances with untraditional arrangements, ranging from passionate to serene, ancient to rock. It is Ilgi’s only all instrumental album. Most of the dances on"Ej tu dejot" are Latvian, but in the mix are a few from Lithuania, 
Estonia and the Ukraine. Every other track on the album is a variation on the crowd pleasing"Pankukas" ("Pancakes”). The batter was stirred eleven 
different ways, flavored by various countries and styles, and always reflecting the lighthearted joy of playing music.This album is neither a studio recording nor a live concert performance. It is the result of a rare band retreat at a farmstead, far the distractions of civilization. Live sessions were recorded using Latvian Radio’s mobile studio.
