I was commissioned to create a piece for my class reunion to honor those class members who have passed on. My discussions with the sub-committee chair was a clear direction to create music that could be used with a video presentation of the fallen so that the final disc could be legally sold to classmates who wanted to have the final media product as a keepsake.The concept was to provide whistles to the attendees, and when someone they loved was presented, they would blow their whistle in honor of everyone who had passed.
