MKG is Bob Green from Soldotna, Steve Mitura from Valdez, and Stephen Jylz from Fairbanks, Alaska. In January of 2015 Bob saw a comment on Steve M's page about writing some lyrics. Bob contacted him and asked to see what he had and offered to put it to music. Bob and Stephen Jylz have collaborated for years in the music business and went to work on the project. The first songs were LOST REALITY about the number and quality of reality shows being filmed in Alaska and TAILGATE - dedicated to TAILGATE ALASKA a yearly celebration of snow sport in Valdez, Alaska. Leaning Forward is about time travel using the human body as the vehicle. Leave It To Me is about a facilitator we would all love to have to take care of...problems. This Kiss is about a dream Steve M. had, and still has. Real World is about living separated by geography from...the real world. Brass Ring is about Steve M's childhood in a happy place. Words is about commenting on everything and how sometimes all it takes is a word to spark an idea. Details is about the thirst to know all the dirt, but doesn't anybody want to know the facts first? And finally, we don't care how they do it outside. We live in the land of the individual and we can make up our own minds, thank you.
