The EP Extraterrestrial is from a solo project, where the concept lies within experimenting with different sounds and emotions with ambient guitar tones similar towhat you'd hear from a guitar in a huge empty cathedral. These sounds works as introductions for the energetic power-trio tunes. The fact that all the band members essentially have backgrounds from rock, opens for subconsciously but heavily influences from the tremendous energy which rock music has to offer, while still holding on to a modern fusionesque sound. The blend between the power-fusion sounds together with the floaty ambient soundscapes creates some natural but intensive dynamics for the album.Extraterrestrial is the beginning of Keven Eknes' musical journey.
