From the muddy banks of the trinity river, somewhere near Dallas Texas, was born Levi Glassrock, Singer Songwriter Recording Artist, related to two Sun Records, Rock & Roll legends, Levi is a third cousin to Jerry Lee Lewis & great nephew to Carl McVoy. Levi Glassrock is back once again in the mix, with Overflowin, his second full length studio album, available on Stitchlips House, his own independent label. Coming from a life & times as a street artist, many say the most prolific in the state of Texas, since the year 2000. He is widely known for his cartoon character Stitchlip, also his emcee name, & a collection of oil pastels, referred to as his signature series, which a vast majority of his fans know him by. Levi, having been a recording artist since the age of 17, These 10 songs were painstakingly recorded & Produced by Levi himself in his home studio during the year 2011.This is a continuation of what the artist was attempting with the first album but with some definite differences in the overall style, a collection of very personal Songs & ballads with spiritually charged lyrics that seem like they were taken from the private journal of the artist like"Angry Son" & some are more like electro/pop/rock anthems with a more universal appeal, such as"Feelin" or"Magic Wand".
