Jerral, raised (mostly) in Newark NJ started singing when he was 4 yrs old in church. as he grew so did his talents. If you close your eyes and listen to Jerral, his soulful flavor will take you back to the sounds of classic crooners like Teddy Pendergrass, Billy Paul and Marvin Gaye. Jerral became a member of the"Tiffany Gospel Award" winning gospel acappella group, In-A-Way. As one of their standing members, Jerral sang on, recorded, co-produced, and co-engineered on their 2 CD projects"Over and Over" and"Friend 18:24." Everywhere they toured Jerral's husky soulful sound, his vocal acrobatic runs and joy of singing would seem to naturally bring people to their feet. Jerral's first solo project since In-A-Way,"For You," was reminiscent of classic R&B with a creative blend of current trends. It's soulful, sexy, and will make you wanna get up and dance. Now Jerral has embarked on a new project. For his sophomore release in titled"Do It," he decided to bring that new heat.
