But because an orchestra didn't quite fit in the budget, Matt played all the instruments with stunning realism on his Ensoniq TS10 electric keyboard.Matt admits,"I always find it hard to hold back. The songs build and build to a big Queen-style climax! But don't worry, Silent Night is still, well kind of, calm!"Even though he started work on the album back in July, Matt's love of Christmas hasn't been tainted."I was a little worried about doing a festive album because normally I start my piano and keyboard students on Christmas songs around the last week of October, and that's early enough! But once I was in the creation process, the songs took on a different meaning."Matt's brief to himself was to create a 'Christmas album that my family and friends would love to hear every year... forevermore, Amen!'
