The influence of Wes Montgomery is pervasive in my playing style evident in Sky Blue and “Go Wes” is a tribute to the master.“A Ghost of a Chance” is a combination of Peter Green meets Pat Metheny.“After the Rain” was almost titled “Missing Link” after the guitar great Link Wray.If you can have radio stations ban your instrumental recording you must be doing something right.“Coming Home” was written for “Choose Peace” my seventh CD but I was not comfortable with it yet. The inspiration for this tune was our military members coming home.“Besitos”, harkens back to my early playing years and the influence of Miles Davis’s “Sketches of Spain”.“Until the End of Time”, “Crying” and “Crescent Moon” could have been a suite as they all speak from the same place in my heart.“Something Else” started with a riff and the title cut “Peace Love Happiness” is my wish for everyone.Peace Love Happiness,Federico
