This CD is one of Misty's best yet, although, not only does it have several songs that are suited for congregational use, but it makes for an excellent devotional CD that will challenge your walk with God to grow more wholly committed. The most interesting thing about Fling Wide is that the whole album is one continuous song, and almost feels like the telling of a story of learning the heart of God. Several songs are unusual in that they're as much musical preaching as they are worship, and it works great!Best of all, though, is that Misty Edwards has a great spirit about her. Her worship isn't about a show, and isn't about cool music (although the music is very cool). The attention is all on Jesus...go Misty.
