This is an old demo of mine that snuck its way into the outro of"Lost Continent" from Thrice's Alchemy Index Vol. 2 - Water EP. The piece has always been a favorite of mine whether it be a stand-alone piece or functioning as the outro for"Lost Continent". Something about this piano line feels very Wintery to me, and tis the season for Winter tunes. Enjoy.
