Leigh Nash to release album of hymns old and newAMERICAN singer Leigh Nash, best known for her work fronting Sixpence None The Richer, has her first solo album in five years released through Kingsway/EMI CMG. 'Hymns & Sacred Songs' was produced by John Hartley (Matt Redman, Stuart Townend) and engineered and mixed by Derri Daugherty (Jeremy Camp, Leeland). The project contains the lyrics of Fanny Crosby, Charles Wesley and many other hymn writers with new melodies as well as newly written songs by Nash, Graham Kendrick, Keith Getty, Stuart Townend and others.
